A series of advertising concepts for Heatforce designed to move beyond the typical boiler-industry playbook of prices, specifications and short-term offers. Instead of leading with product detail, the campaign focused on real, everyday moments that customers immediately recognise — comfort, reliability and the simple expectation that things should just work.
The aim was to reframe a boiler upgrade from a reluctant purchase into a positive decision, positioning Heatforce as a brand that understands the realities of its customers’ lives. By grounding the creative in relatable experiences rather than technical jargon, the work helped elevate the brand’s marketing while remaining accessible, clear and commercially effective.
The result was a set of bold, human-led visuals that demonstrated how considered campaign thinking can make even the most functional products feel relevant, engaging and worth paying attention to.
